Half-day Tour to Wicklow
- Depart from Dun Laoghaire station at 09:55
- You'll see an elevated view of Dublin City and all of it's architecture as the train travels south from Dublin Connolly heading towards Arklow in Co. Wicklow
- The train travels along the coast towards Bray and Greystones
- When you arrive in Arklow you'll board the coach and go to Avoca Handweavers where you will get a personal tour of the oldest working woollen mills that was established in 1723
- You'll then have a lunch stop in a local pub, Fitzgerald's of Avoca.
- Next stop is the stunning Glendalough; a 12th Century monastic settlement.
- Travel to the upper lake of Glendalough to the original site of the monastic settlement, Highlights include Reefert Church, Temple-na-Skellig, St. Kevin's Cell, St. Kevin's Bed, the Caher and numerous celtic crosses.
- You'll then walk back along a boardwalk where you can see ruins of churches, an ancient graveyard and the famous round tower in the Monastic City.
- The tour continues through the beautiful landscapes of Wicklow before you head back to Dublin.
- Arrive back at Dún Laoghaire Cruise Terminal by coach at 16:45 and in Dublin Connolly Station at 17:30

Train will depart from Heuston Station and head in a south westerly direction through the suburbs of Dublin. You will travel through the countryside of Co. Kildare and then into the middle of the country passed the Bog of Allen. Continue on through the town of Tullamore, famous for their signature whiskey, Tullamore D.E.W. The River Shannon is then crossed which signifies the border between the two provinces of Leinster and Connacht. At this point you will be surrounded by bogs on both sides of the tracks and you will get a first look at the gorgeous Galway Bay on the way into Galway.

The tour will depart from right outside Galway Railway Station which is in the centre of Galway City and you will begin to head for Connemara. You may be able to get a look at Ireland's second largest lake (Lough Corrib) on the right hand side on the train.

As the day continues, pass through Moycullen village and then through the village of Oughterard and take in the fragrance of the peat fires which make special blue smoke. Then feast your eyes on the sheer beauty of Connemara where there are mountains and lakes all to take in.

Stop at Peacockes hotel and Tavern at the Crossroads of Connemara called Maam Cross. Here you will stop for and will have time to do some shopping or grab a coffee.

Continue the day tour by travelling between the two mountains Twelve Bens and Maaturk which are located in Maam Valley. You will pause briefly at the quaint little village of Leenane which is located at the head of Killary Harbour. Witness the stunning scenery of Kylemore Abbey where you will stop for almost two hours for lunch and exploring. While you're there why not visit the beautiful Victorian Walled Garden and a Gothic Church.

After Kylemore Abbey travel through the village of Letterfrack and see the bays and inlets of the sea/ocean. After getting back on the Wild Atlantic Way you will stop at the Sky Road where you can capture come truly spectacular photographs as there are fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean. As the tour is commencing you will stop at the town of Clifden where you can grab a pint or get some shopping done.

After the stop at Clifden, you head back through Galway and have another stop at Maam Cross if needed and arrive back in Galway by 6:30pm.

Stop at Kylemore Abbey and Gardens for lunch, which is a 19th Century castle which is owned by nuns who run a restaurant, gift shop and pottery.

Stop off at Clifden, the colourful little town, great place for tourists to visit and then travel back to Maam cross but head southwards through the Screeb, Costello and Rossaveal.

The tour of Connemara heads towards Galway City along the shores of Galway Bay and see the blue waters of the Atlantic at the unique limestone of the Burren and the Hills of Clare. After your day tour you will return back to Galway Station.

- When your train leaves Heuston Rail Station it will travel in a south westerly direction heading for Kerry. Venture through the suburbs of Dublin then through the countryside of Kildare. Then travel through passed the famous racecourse, the Curragh. You will continue through Portlaoise, Thurles, Charleville and arrive then at Mallow Station where there is a change of trains before Killarney. The host will escort you the whole way so no need to worry.
- When you arrive to Killarney Station you will board the coach for the tour of the magnificent Ring of Kerry.
- During the excursion of the Ring of Kerry there are plenty of stops along the way for morning tea, lunch and a stop for photo's. You will be able to see one of Ireland's highest mountain, Carrauntouhil. One of the stops include the Kerry Bog Village Museum where visitors can get insight into what life was like in rural Ireland in the 18th century.
- Depending on the weather when you arrive in Waterville you may be able to see Skellig Islands and this is where Star Wars 'The Force Awakens' was filmed there. Plenty of photo stops will be made and a final stop at the village of Sneem.
- The tour will circle the fabulous MacGillycuddy Reeks and runs through its many passes and valleys along the shores of Dingle and Kenmare Bay.
- You will not forget the picturesque villages like Glenbeigh, Waterville and Sneem. You will return through Ladies View and through the Oakwoods of Killarney's magnificent National Park.
- At the end of the tour will be brought back to where you began the tour at Killarney Rail Station.
- At 5:35pm the train departs Killarney and heads for Dublin and there will be a change of train at Mallow. You will arrive into Dublin Heuston at 9:00pm that night.

Day Tour by Train to The Giants Causeway & Glens of Antrim

Depart from Connolly Train Station at 06:50 and then head for Belfast.

Your destination is Belfast Central Station where your coach will meet you to continue the journey along the Causeway Coastal Route, along Northern Ireland's Antrim Coast.

When you arrive, you can see one of Belfast's most well-known landmark, the two Harland & Wolfe Cranes which are nicknamed Samson and Goliath.

When you leave you take the coast road north from there and you continue on passing through coastal villages of Cushendall, Glenariff & Cushendun. To the left is beautiful views of the Glens of Antrim and stunning views of the sea to the right.

There is a lunch stop at the Fullerton Arms in Ballintoy for a tasty pub grub style lunch.

Then on to the highlight of the tour which is the Giant's Causeway. You can spend time climbing over ancient stones or capturing the picturesque views.

After this you get back on the coach and travel back along the coast and have one last stop at the ruins of Dunluce Castle then head back to Belfast to get the train back to Dublin.

Half-day Tour to Wicklow
- Depart from Dun Laoghaire station at 09:55
- You'll see an elevated view of Dublin City and all of it's architecture as the train travels south from Dublin Connolly heading towards Arklow in Co. Wicklow
- The train travels along the coast towards Bray and Greystones
- When you arrive in Arklow you'll board the coach and go to Avoca Handweavers where you will get a personal tour of the oldest working woollen mills that was established in 1723
- You'll then have a lunch stop in a local pub, Fitzgerald's of Avoca.
- Next stop is the stunning Glendalough; a 12th Century monastic settlement.
- Travel to the upper lake of Glendalough to the original site of the monastic settlement, Highlights include Reefert Church, Temple-na-Skellig, St. Kevin's Cell, St. Kevin's Bed, the Caher and numerous celtic crosses.
- You'll then walk back along a boardwalk where you can see ruins of churches, an ancient graveyard and the famous round tower in the Monastic City.
- The tour continues through the beautiful landscapes of Wicklow before you head back to Dublin.
- Arrive back at Dún Laoghaire Cruise Terminal by coach at 16:45 and in Dublin Connolly Station at 17:30
