Uncover the best of Wicklow
Moving away from the pick-up point on Suffolk Street at 9.20am, the tour will make its way towards the first stop at Enniskerry. This location is known for its feature in romantic film productions including 'Leap Year' and 'P.S i Love You'. The village is situated next to the stunning Powerscourt Gardens; you'll get to visit the gardens, which were voted the third best gardens in the world by National Geographic - built in the Georgian period, there are a mixture of garden styles all set within the backdrop of the Wicklow Mountains. There is also a lovely cafe called Avoca where you can stop off for a coffee and something to eat.
Note entry to Powerscourt House tour is not included in tour price, but entry is free into the house to visit the shops and cafe.
From here the tour will continue on to Glendalough where you'll see the remains of Ireland's most important monastic city with many features like the famous round towers still perfectly preserved. Glendalough is home to two beautiful lakes and is surrounded by stunning mountains. You'll also visit the Wicklow Mountains National Park where popular highlights can be seen like the Sally Gap, Guinness Lake, and St. Kevin's monastic site. The distillery is located just a little outside the main city centre, but it makes for a lovely walk. From Trinity College Dublin, the Distillery is 1.7km walking distance - this is a 21 minute walk approx. (On the way, visitors would pass by Christ Church and St. Patrick's Cathedrals, as well as Dublin Castle, the Chester Beatty Library, and St. Patrick's Park.

Titantic Belfast Visitor Experience
Your alternative to a Black Taxi Tour is to visit the Belfast Titanic quarter and the state of the art Titanic Visitor Experience. Here you can experience the entire life and story of the Titanic, from her fateful maiden voyage to her eventful discovery on the seabed of the North Atlantic. Departing Belfast at 11:50am, you will make your along the spectacular Antrim coast to the world-famous Giant’s Causeway. Flanked by the wild North Atlantic Ocean and a landscape of dramatic cliffs, the Giant's Causeway is Northern Ireland's first UNESCO Heritage Site. This geological wonder is home to a wealth of history and legend and is a highlight of this day trip. The 40,000 basalt stone columns left by volcanic eruptions 60 million years ago, has captured the imagination of all who see it.
Explore the state-of-the-art visitor centre to unlock the stories, myths and legends of the causeway coast and discover the stories and the science behind the Giant's Causeway.
You will have 2 hours to explore the Giants Causeway.
Dunluce Castle
You'll also visit Dunluce Castle, one of Ireland's most stunning castles located overlooking the Antrim coast. Dating from the 16th century it was once a home to both the McQuillan and MacDonnell clans who were great rivals, so this castle has seen it's fair share of action during it's heyday!
At the end of this fantastic tour, sit back and enjoy the relaxing drive, where we will have a 20 minute rest stop after Belfast in Castlebellingham before arriving back to Dublin at 8:00pm.

Take the Dundalk/Drogheda train from the city centre (including from Connolly, Tara Street and Pearse Street train stations) and get off at Donabate. The attraction is approx. 15 minutes from Donabate village and train station.

Moving away from the pick-up point on Suffolk Street at 9.20am, the tour will make its way towards the first stop at Enniskerry. This location is known for its feature in romantic film productions including 'Leap Year' and 'P.S i Love You'. The village is situated next to the stunning Powerscourt Gardens; you'll get to visit the gardens, which were voted the third best gardens in the world by National Geographic - built in the Georgian period, there are a mixture of garden styles all set within the backdrop of the Wicklow Mountains. There is also a lovely cafe called Avoca where you can stop off for a coffee and something to eat.
Note entry to Powerscourt House tour is not included in tour price, but entry is free into the house to visit the shops and cafe.
From here the tour will continue on to Glendalough where you'll see the remains of Ireland's most important monastic city with many features like the famous round towers still perfectly preserved. Glendalough is home to two beautiful lakes and is surrounded by stunning mountains. You'll also visit the Wicklow Mountains National Park where popular highlights can be seen like the Sally Gap, Guinness Lake, and St. Kevin's monastic site. There will be plenty of free time given for everyone to take photos and grab a coffee while discovering some of Ireland's richest hisory.
The day will finish off to a close as visiotrs will be dropped off at Dublin city for approximately 5.30pm. All times are sunject to to chnage depending on traffic conditions. The day is an unforgettable experience and great way to learn about Ieland's past and unique heritage.
