Scopri Craanford Mills, un sito storico unico dell'inizio del XVII secolo risalente al 1610. Questo museo funzionante, completo di una ruota idraulica restaurata e funzionante, è ospitato in un'incantevole struttura su scala domestica.
 Restaurato con cura e perfettamente funzionante dalla famiglia Lyons, questo mulino per la macinazione del mais è stato aperto al pubblico nel 1994. È stato molto elogiato agli Henry Ford Conservation Awards nel 1996 e ha mancato di poco il primo premio nella categoria Heritage.
 I visitatori possono visionare il funzionamento del mulino, accompagnato da dati interpretativi e reperti esplicativi. Per il visitatore del 21° secolo, il mulino ad acqua del villaggio di Craanford evoca un senso di romanticismo e nostalgia.

A very interesting visit to a restored Water Mill in Wexford. John who's family have owned the mill back generations gave an excellent and informative talk.

We got a full demonstration of the Mill working plus excellent home made scones and apple tart in the cosy Tea Rooms. Definitely recommend a visit.
