Dublinia - A Living History of Medieval & Viking Dublin
Travel back in time and discover Dublin as it was in Viking and Medieval times. Based in the historic Christ Church area of Dublin, Dublinia is a fun and interactive attraction for all the family, and strikes the perfect balance of fun, history, and learning.
Significantly located in Christ Church, at the very spot where Viking settlements were situated in Dublin, visitors to Dublinia will travel back in time and discover what it was like to live in Dublin during Viking times. You'll discover what life was like on-board the Viking ships, and get to explore the life of a Viking warrior.

Experience the sights, sounds and smells of Dublin as it was in Medieval times, and learn about crime and punishment, death and disease and even toothache remedies of 700 years ago. Enjoy the medieval fair, find out how to play medieval games, and walk along a bustling Medieval street.
At Dublinia, you will uncover some of Dublin’s rich past. Discover how modern day Dubliners are influenced by our Viking and medieval past. You will see historic artefacts found in Dublin’s Wood Quay excavations – Wood Quay is just a stone’s throw from Dublinia.
