Discover how butter from the Irish country and all the piseogs (superstitions) that is around it in the past!
Carmel will then demonstrate how to make traditional Irish soda scones before you make them yourself.
As the scones are baking in the oven she will show you how to make the Irish brown soda bread.
Guests leave with the brown soda bread that they have baked themselves and the white soda scones!
A tote bag is also provided to bring home your own freshly baked soda bread, the recipe used and a certificate to prove that you baked 'The Perfect Irish Soda Bread'.
